The Middlesbrough game was 12o/c kick off on Sunday and live on Sky, against Sunderland 3pm Saturday, there should be a significant increase in attendance, if this isn’t the case…..something is wrong.

This proves the point I was making earlier regarding not making all potential available tickets available, a group of mates decide they’re gonna go the game, the one who’s going to purchase the tickets goes online only to find what you’ve put above. So do they purchase 4 x tickets miles apart...

I think at least as many supporters have been tempted out of hibernation by SISU’s demise ‘as were by the play-off push (hard to quantify I know) but there’s a completely different feel around the club now. Under SISU the club was always walking a tightrope with inevitable pitfalls all around...

Get rid of the category game system and make every game £10 above season ticket price for home & away fans and half price concessions, that’s still a £220 incentive to purchase season tickets. That would be about right I reckon.

We’re getting 24000 in a stadium with an available capacity of about 28000, cost really shouldn’t be an issue. Why risk losing fans and the revenue they bring to save the cost of a few stewards, makes no sense.

By insisting on selling almost every available seat before opening another block, and then almost selling that before opening another the club are definitely putting people off and costing themselves revenue.

The capacity can’t be 30.00 there’s a no man’s land full of seats probably 3000 to 4000, there’s a balcony full of seats probably 1500, so that’s 4500 to 5000 seats that aren’t available to purchase, which would make our capacity around 28000. Of course people will be put off buying tickets if...
