Not really, well not for me. Those first couple of months last season were fantastic, winning games, scoring goals, brilliant support. No, not in the top flight, but still memorable and exciting.
What?! My son is 16 and has seen two Wembley wins and two promotions in amongst the admittedly shit stuff.
I was 21 when I went to Wembley for the Cup Final. Before and after was rubbish. The odd highlight in the top flight years being those rare occasions when we beat Liverpool or Arsenal...
Same here. £75 petrol for Hull, £80 yesterday, plus parking, food and the tickets. Pleased next two away games at Luton and Brum aren't too far away.
Expensive even for someone who has their own castle.
Not been back long.
Rose was poor. Sheaf was poor. Hamer was poor. Doyle was ok. Birdwell was OK.
The rest were ordinary.
Two mistakes cost us. I didn't think Norwich were that impressive. They had a lot of the ball, but didn't do much with it most or the time.
Like your optimism. My son is so up for tomorrow as he hasn't been to Norwich before. He reckons we'll win, but I don't think we have a cat in hells chance.
Too right. If you want brilliant transfer windows and a successful team then CCFC aren't the team for you. This year marks 50 years since going to my first match as a seven year old. I would have given up a long time ago if I had the same attitude.
