He is a pretty good shot stopper. His command of the area is poor though and he dithers and flaps a lot. Seems very unsure of himself. RCC of course is quite the opposite and if anything, over confident, but he is much the better keeper in my book. Most other people's as well.

Well yeah, true. If it was out of RCC, Stokes or Vincelot, I would go for Vincelot too. As has been said here, neither Fleck or Vincelot were particularly quick, maybe we are looking for a bit more pace in the midfield.
