Fisher : CCFC would not own Ricoh Areana if Otium bought the freehold

The way I look at it is SISU are well aware of he fans concerns regarding them owning the stadium, it's a question thats been regularly asked of them at least since the summers fans forums. There's 2 options, either SISU owning the Ricoh / new stadium will benefit SISU or it will benefit CCFC...

How much rent, fees and interest is acceptable ?

possibly but ACL have said they can't comment until the JR issue is resolved so there would be a reason for them not commenting where there is no reason for SISU not commenting. £150K in L1, £400K if we get promoted. rolling 10 year lease which is the minimum allowed under football league...

    Away Ticket Update FYI

I would guess the way that works is that if CCFC request that % they can't refuse to let us have them. Do we have to pay something up front for all the tickets we request. We never seem to ask for the full amount available up front and always have it's nearly sold out / will we get any more...

How much rent, fees and interest is acceptable ?

I can't imagine if the £150K offer was of any interest to SISU they would have stayed silent about it. Lets say ACL were insisting it be part of the CVA and not a standalone offer, Fisher would be all over CWR and the CT saying they refused to make the offer to them in a meaningful manner and if...

How much rent, fees and interest is acceptable ?

I think the arguement here is over symantecs. Lets assume it is correct and it can't legally be included in the CVA. There's no reason whatsoever it can't be agreed before the CVA. Sign the rental agreement and once thats done ACL sign off the CVA. There's no way SISU can argue that can't happen...

a BIG thank you to Northampton

In my opinion if Northampton had refused the groundshare SISU would have had no choice but to go back to the Rioch. They wouldn't have liquidated the club, that would have eliminated any chance of getting a return on their supposed investment. There also has to be a limit to how far they could...

    Honesty

I think if we were returning to the Ricoh it would only take a week or two, they've got the pitch laid any all that so it could all happen very quickly. If there was another match at Sixfields prior to an announced Ricoh return I'd be tempted to go to be honest as hopefully in years from now...

    FA ticket madness

Any idea how many they've sold? Was hoping to get one in general sale but if what you're saying is correct no chance of that.

Things that Tim must wish he'd never said

That's a later comment than the one I'm thinking off. At one of the fans forums I think he said something about everyone being paid in full. Of course at that time he was also claiming we owed nobody but ACL money.

Things that Tim must wish he'd never said

He actually said everyone would be paid in full. Did the conditions placed on them by the FL require them to pay HMRC in full as well as ACL?

Trust trying to buy the club

Yes it could so long as there's a business plan which has the club as self sustaining. If that's possible then fan ownership would work. You have to look at the other clubs who have done this and what they have had to pay. Most have been clubs purchased out of admin or essentially gifted as...

    I went today

I would love to go, it's actually closer and easier to get to Sixfields than the Ricoh for me. Just can't do it tho, would feel to me like I was endorsing the move. Everyone has to make their own decision. It's such a shame that after years of spending a fortune watching absolute crap we...

    SBS & L accounts

Found a report from Martin Bagot from the fans forum I was referring to Either I'm missing something here or the bit in bold appears to be an outright lie from Fisher? If they converted 35 million into equity how is there still so much owned to them?

    SBS & L accounts

speaking of equity did I imagine this or did Fisher claim at a forum last season that the money SISU had put in had been converted to equity?

    SBS & L accounts

Could this come back and bite the council? If SISU turn round and sell the Ricoh on for a £40m profit not long after the council hand it over (if that ever happens) would there be any ramifications? I would have thought there would be some sort of law in place to stop assets being moved from the...

    Where's the shop ?

Do they have any sort of 'pop up' shop open at Northampton on match days? would seem a sensible thing to do.
