Never ever corrected you before OSB, but if Crewe score 1 we need to score 4, not 5. 4 would have the sides equal and then if it ended up that way at 90 mins it would go to a penalty shoot out.

Thing is, though I do get what you are saying, playing 4-4-2 gave us 57% possession, 15 corners and 25 shots on goal. Had less than a fifth of those gone in we would have said 4-4-2 worked perfectly. You can't say 4-4-2 didn't work because we missed a hatfull of chances.

I think Wood has played pretty well, but I am convinced opposition managers are targeting the fact that he is too slow and his agility is pretty close to zero. Too many goals coming from straight down the centre of our defence.

Agree with you about Moussa, but I thought Baker played very well until the final 15 mins.

What about Richard Wood? :( If you drop Edge you have to drop Wood. Wood is slower than Edge, has less agility and can be turned inside out very easily by pacy forwards running directly at him. Best to replace both, but if one has to go, it has to be Wood for me.
