As a straight white man the 70s and 80s would have been easy street, just like all the days before and since. Not exactly the good old days for everyone though.
Do people stand on the moving walkways at airports? I like to walk as it makes me feel like I've got a right zippy turn of pace, but then getting off always gives me that feeling in my stomach like when you go over a bridge in a car.
Yeah when it's not a load of people going 2mph it's ace. I remember going a touch too quick turning into my road in the snow and the back of the car started to spin out, I corrected it perfectly thanks to being a seasoned veteran of Colin McRae on the PS1. And people say video games are bad for you!
I could happily watch anything that Bob Mortimer is in, one of the most naturally funny people around. Mark Watson always seems a bit joyless, but it may be that he's just really good at the act.
Anyone got a match package and knows how it works? I've been up the other day and got a 6 game one but it's just credits against my supporter number, so do you pick a game and get tickets sent out to you? I can't go to the Butts office every time as it's only open weekdays
I got my mobile contract with Sky recently, the added bonus that I wasn't aware of beforehand is that you get Sky Go Extra included free with a mobile contract so it's essentially multiroom for nowt as I can play through the PS4.
While you can never eliminate these things entirely, I'd disagree that homophobic chanting will always be part of the game. The fact it stands out enough to warrant a thread is testament to how attitudes are changing.
One guy I play with does that all the time, really shrill voice screaming GO FOR IT SHOOT when you're in on goal and being needlessly distracting, as if without the great advice you'd turn and play a raking backpass to your own keeper.
Shitting hell, isn't there some point in the legal process where you run out of appeals and just get told to fuck off and leave the courts alone? Works well in tennis.
