well Labour would have done that even if the nationalised as they stated it would be to gain profit unless rail is seen as a public service to be ran at a loss - which no one has an appetite for - then there’s zero point in having it as a public owned company. I’m not against a nationalised...

er I’ve said it is around 40% bonuses across the playing staff looking at the wage increases across the squad? The bonus is an increase in wages unless you are suggesting they will go back to £4 million as a total this season - the accounts when promoted from league 2 showed increased wages as...

No the accounts show £13 million paid in wages it shows a growth of over £6 million in 12 months which clearly is wages increased as part of promotion. It’s the growth that shows this is nonsense

they won’t be liquidated. The caring sharing council gave them a 250 year lease which is independently valued at £60 million. That’s an asset I’m afraid that lenders will let them borrow on Despite a lot of bragging that the bond was a brilliant initiative it clearly failed and again the loan...

I doubt that. I would guess the next refinancing will be more standard and over a far longer period - it’s clearly not working and there is little local interest in the club but the cost of moving is worse so it will be a case of drifting on

Bonds due in July - very silent on that. Likely to be a more standard refinance route I’d have guessed

no idea but to me the key is the increase yoy which was Over £6 million - it’s pretty reasonable to assume most of that was on players and actually will have definitely increased this season with the likes of Kane, waghorn, Bidwell, Moore etc replacing the likes of biamou and Bakayoko

The players looking at the accounts had a 40% promotion bonus so Hyam and Dabo would have been earning miles below the average in league 1 it’s nonsense

Low point rarely seen since mid to late nineties West Indies have a pop gun attack and a brittle batting line up. What their bowlers in the past would have done god knows Leaving Anderson and Broad at home has backfired. Batting is fragile and Root has to be fired as captain. Weak spineless...
