Their centre half is the MK manager. Good work out for us, just don't want any injuries - especially if they try and do any 'Nick two footers' on us before we play them for real in a fortnight.
MK lost 6-0 to Norwich yesterday. Hope they (particularly manager at CB don't take a few cheap shots at our players. Remember JJ getting hammered in the Micky mouse cup last season
I agree with you mate - although getting £15m-£30m for Ben Wilson is unrealistic at the moment (unless he keeps a clean sheet against Burton on Tuesday)
Although unlikely, they have too many midfielders - 6 for a maximum of 3 places, all of whom seem to have merit. Fans are convinced someone will have to leave. Plus, they have real issues regarding funds.Just saying.
Very interesting. Just hope he does a piece if we are struggling to help MR know how to fix things (although he has us as mid-table, so i'll take that!)
Having reviewed the fixture list, I would love another leader on the pitch. A giant Michael Doyle would do - for when we play the Cardiff's, Millwall's and Stoke's of this division.
I never bought a Talbot or Peugeot Car. Never played Granada Bingo. Occasionally see an ice cream on TV and think that looks nice, and I might try one. Couldn't tell you where a Boyle Sports betting shop was - if they exist. Don't see the fuss.
I'm thinking the late signings are more likely to be any loan players, apart from those whose agents are angling for £10k plus a week, before realising it's now a different world and dropping demands towards the end of the window!
Whoever we get as a new striker, I really hope they present a decent aerial threat. Looking at the crosses Giles (in particular) was getting in, we really could do with someone getting on the end of a few of them.
Was Joking DD - I get your point, although I'm not concerned about a fit Godden who, given service, will score goals. Give me a Godden with Usain Bolt's pace and I''d stick a tenner on the play offs!
