Still no negotiations over a ricoh return!

Slight problem of SISU wanting about £60m for it!

POLL: Would you attend a new stadium that was close to, but not in, Coventry.

hard to answer without knowing where the stadium is but my gut feeling is that there is no reason for us not to be playing in the City. Even if you say we won't play at the Ricoh again SISU have made no attempt to purchase a site for the new stadium in the city. It's one thing if we were forced...

Still no negotiations over a ricoh return!

AEG don't really operate in that sector in the UK so chances of if AEG were to take over management of the stadium they would take on most, if not all, the ACL employees. ACL and AEG work together at the moment and from what I've been told by those I work with at AEG they consider the team at...

    carlisle at home

Orient won't get moved. The Carlise game is our weekend game that would normally be called off as we've reached the 4th round. It's only on the Thursday as Carlisle wouldn't play on the Sunday as they have MK Dons the following Tuesday.

Still no negotiations over a ricoh return!

How would two stadiums impact on the value of the club (assuming they own the stadium) when SISU decide to sell. What if the bidders aren't interested in the new stadium and want to move us back to the Ricoh, wouldn't that mean SISU don't see any value from the new stadium when they sell?

    Well done in advance

If you look back at the posts from the start of the season you'll find one about the way cup game at Orient (our first away cup game of the season). NOPM is bought up and the question of if away cup games are part of NOPM and the general response is that away cup games aren't part of NOPM as it...

    Well done in advance

The prices might be even lower, last time round it was £10 in the lower tier, £20 in the upper tier (£5 and £10 for concessions) for both home and away fans. Now obviously its a weekend game and the FA Cup rather than the League Cup but they might decide to go low to make sure the ground is full.

    Shut it you slaaags

Hull are at Southend that day (assuming neither tie gets moved), do it early enough and they could stop off on the way. AFC Wimbledon are at home as well, they might be happy to join in. Unfortunately Cardiff are playing somewhere up north but if something was put together maybe a few of their...

    FA Cup 4th round draw/discussion

How many games are shown live? We could be in with a shout of getting on.

    FA Cup 4th round draw/discussion

I was just wondering what happens if they get to the end and they're a ball short?

Cov v Man Utd cup draw?

at the Ricoh I'd go, at Sixfields no chance.

    Sky Blues N0.1

I think each tie has a number, and the winner of the tie gets that number in the next round. Were we the first game drawn last time?

Do Sisu Realise What They Have?

He's hardly going to come out and say he hates them is he? From what little he has said I would not be certain he is a supporter of the way they are running the club.

    amazing

Would be interesting to see what would happen if they drew someone like Man Utd. Even if all those Cov fans who stay away from Sixfields didn't go you would sell it out with locals and all those fans who appear from nowhere for that type of game. Would they try and get a one off deal for the...

Do Sisu Realise What They Have?

I think the owners of our club are only concerned about one thing and it isn't football. Maybe Waggot appreciates what is happening on the pitch but I doubt he has the influence to persuade the others to back the team for promotion. I guess we'll be in a better position to answer this at the end...

I think it is the right time to discuss this

I think I need to go for a lie down, I agree with Grendel! Getting rid of Sillett was a huge mistake and where we started the spiral of spending more than we had.

    On the website ...

But that's not what you said a couple of pages back, you said CCC who wanted the land for housing but it seems CCC were not involved in the housing development that took place on the HR site. Saying that CCC would not have allowed CCFC to knock down houses (did the club even own these houses?)...

    Wilson 6-8 weeks out

Probably very unlikely he'll drop down a division or that we could afford him but Le Fondre is apparently not too happy with not getting games at Reading and pushing to be loaned out. Can't be too many proven scorers around who are available, will probably have to take a punt like we did with...
