I don't know how old you are, Tisza, but we once had an ex Nottingham Forest left back play for us in the 1970's, I think it was Peter Hindley, who had the most enormous beer belly on him. It was a surprise he could even stand. He was definitely bigger than Peter Barnes!

I see no-one's mentioned Bobby Parker, our very own Bobby Moore. Very highly rated and loved at the time, but hardly ever mentioned at all nowadays.

Yep, could well prove to be, but they haven't got Man U or Liverpool, or Man City or Man U, or Spurs. Not trying to say they have easy games, just that their coming fixtures could be a lot tougher.

Villa have a reasonable run of games coming up. They have Arsenal H which will be very tough, but then Newcastle A, West Ham H, Norwich A, Sunderland A, Palace at H. Certainly not the hardest run on paper.

Back to being the biggest club in Coventry?

I wanted to go. Would love to see both Echo and the Bunnymen and Buzzcocks, but wouldn't go because of the Wasps association.

Or maybe that's wrong. Checked the BBC table and I thought that was before today's game, but it must have been an as it stands table.

You have to feel sorry for Bournemouth. Amazing win yesterday at Chelsea that must have left them on cloud 9 and those 3 points they earned took them out of the relegation zone. They now find themselves back in the bottom 3. Sent from my Hudl 2 using Tapatalk

Yes, agree. Does have Newcastle win all over it. ;)

Newcastle treating it like a FA Cup tie and in those games it can be quite a leveller. Battling and fighting for every ball today and that always leaves you in with a shout.

Agree. Well, not ALL over it, but for me it looked likely. Fans demanded a performance from them today and my money was on a Newcastle win. Not over yet though.

Who cares if it takes the pressure off the calls for Armstrong's return.

Shush, keep your voice down. Armstrong would have fluffed that chance just the same as he always fluffs pretty much every chance he gets.

Could we have a very different team for second half of the season ?

Losing Fleck and/or Vincelot does worry me a tad.

Could we have a very different team for second half of the season ?

We should still hopefully have though, RCC, Ricketts, Martin, Stokes, Vincelot, Fleck, Maddison and Murphy, so that's 8 first teamers right there. Hopefully we'll have a stronger squad though for the run-in.
