Do we still need to add to the squad

Isn't Hooi under contract? Thought we were going to buy him weren't we?

    Deliberate handball

But he didn't extend his arm. The lad turned his back on the ball deliberately, to exactly avoid using his arms. Things like this are so wrong in the game. Someone throws their arms out deliberately to make the target area harder to hit or to stop the ball from going into the area, then fine...

    Deliberate handball

Obvious answer is technology. Any decision like that referred to upstairs. As you say Pete, putting your arms out in a way to deliberately block the ball. Was there any of that in that Sterling incident at all?

It's like someone typing out the Jeremy Kyle show.:)

Do we still need to add to the squad

I thought we sold him to Newcastle. What's the latest?

    Deliberate handball

It needs sorting out. What happened to Man City yesterday could quite easily happen to us and what if it happened in a play-off final should we get there? A decision like that could be so massive. That decision in the Man City game where the ball hit Sterling was a complete joke. Remember...

Automatic or a day at Wembley

http://m.derbytelegraph.co.uk/Derby-County-loan-players-clear-play-offs/story-20900072-detail/story.html There was another case I read about and the club just needed clearance from the parent club. With the Derby situation the players' loans ran out on May 3rd, so they had to just confirm with...

Automatic or a day at Wembley

Yes, we believe so. I think in some cases you have to confirm with the parent club that it's okay, but unless they feel they need to recall for their own campaign, there should be no problem.

    Next season's kit

I had no idea either that Man City were also known as the Sky Blues, I too always thought we were the Sky Blues and they were the Light Blues, so when lately the press started calling them the Sky Blues I was a bit puzzled. Turns out they have always been the Sky Blues too. Wonder what Jimmy...

    So, Reice Charles Cooke...

I'm sure who he's got in front of him makes a big difference.

Do we still need to add to the squad

Yep, totally agree. Someone in a similar vein to that Elson Hooi we were looking at.

    Next season's kit

I don't think that is correct. They have always been known as the Citizens, but also as the Light Blues and the Sky Blues. They wore sky blue well before us too. Think it's only lately the media have latched on to it though.

    Next season's kit

But on checking Oakey, Hill brought in the all sky blue kit in 1962. We had all sky blue though only until 1972, so 10 years only. From 1972 to 1994 we had all sorts of combinations and variations, from black shorts to tramlines and big T's and stripes In 1994 we went back to sky blue, but since...

    Next season's kit

Love that, except for the semi-transparent City logo. Would love that kit back and we would be totally unique in the English league I think!! Lovely!

    Mowbray Out

Mowbray in!! Greatest manager since Jimmy Hill. A genius and tactical mastermind and a legend to be. Hooray!!!!!!! City 0 -1 Fleetwood Mowbray out! The bloke's a clueless clown, totally inept, tactically naïve and we need to get shot sharpish! Boooooo!!!!

    Next season's kit

Yes!!! Stripes, stripes, stripes!! Research has been carried out and it is proven that stripes also give the appearance of a team looking broader. Best kits for me have been the stripey ones, plus the sky blue and black of the 1970's. Worst one in recent memory was the all sky blue one that...
