    Have SISU been misunderstood?

As an example (all made up figures but gives an idea). Let's say in real terms they have put in £30m. Now say they get the Ricoh for £5m. Lets say they can obtain a mortgage on the Ricoh of £35m. The club takes out the mortgage, proceeds go to SISU, AVRO etc as they are 'owed' money. SISU stop...

If it was identified by SISU as something that needed doing they should have been shouting it from the rooftops at that point as they would have had backing from the fans. Even now they aren't claiming they've been trying to sort this from day one and ACL have always refused. I'm not sure we...

    spare ticket for tonight

So despite my best intentions of not going to Arsenal it seems my family have been conspiring against me and this morning I was presented with 2 tickets as a birthday present. Wife's plan was a nice weekend in London but she's just text me to say she has to work a double shift so it looks...

Exactly, imagine if on day one RR had stated we need to sort out the rent it is far too high and unsustainable. I would suggest this would have had the backing of the vast majority of supporters. Of course if they had purchased Higgs 50% share of ACL on day one they would have been in a very...

    Have SISU been misunderstood?

If the Ricoh makes money and the football club doesn't isn't the more likley option that they sell the club and retain ownership of the Ricoh charging the club a large rent to play there?

    Have SISU been misunderstood?

It's not an I hate SISU hat at all. How have you drawn the conclusion that their aim is to get the Ricoh and sell us on? There is no evidence to support that. The only evidence we have regarding their plans is Joy's interview in the CT where she stated her primary aim was to recover her...

I know, so we could have continued to rent it or we could have exercised the buy back clause included in the deal in case the Arena project hit problems. We did neither. It is misleading to claim the club were forced to move to the Ricoh at all let alone that they were forced to sign the rental...

    Have SISU been misunderstood?

Do you really think they have a masterplan? Seems to me it's gone very wrong for them and they are scambling for a means to recoup as much, if not all, of their investors money. Have SISU done anything that makes you think the outcome of any such masterplan will be of benefit to CCFC rather...

    Have SISU been misunderstood?

The season prior to SISU taking over we finished 17th in the Championship, we have never bettered that under SISU and are now in League 1. The season prior to SISU taking over our average attendence was 20,342 with a highest attendance of 27,212, this season we have an average of 2,406 with a...

We weren't homeless. We were still playing at HR and could have continued to do so, although we were paying more rent there than at the Ricoh. We had the option to buy back the Ricoh, not taken. We even had the nuclear option of ground sharing with someone else. At that point in time we are...

This seems to be his new tactic, keep saying everything isn't clear and there's confusion. Mentions it multiple times according to those minutes. Yet most other people seem to have no problem understanding all these points which leaves 2 options a) he's lying or b) he's not up to the job.

What in that made you changed your mind? The £32m SISU wrote off wasn't really their money was it? Wasn't it debt from before they tookover that they had kept on the books not actually money they'd ever put in.

So this centres then on SISU stating they were deliberately trying to deceive Yorkshire Bank by colluding with the council to create a false impression that ACL were distressed. Not sure I'd be wanting to stand up in court and state that. What was Labovich's quote from the last meeting? "It’s...

PWKH said they were prepared to accept the CVA if SISU dropped the JR and agreed to a rolling 10 years lease at (I think) the 150K rate. They aren't actually getting 0.5 pence in the pound as it was a condition of the FL when handing back the golden share that the debt to ACL was paid in full...

So why could they only do this when the mortgage was with Yorkshire Bank?

I still don't understand what difference it makes if you're trying to purchase 50% or even 100% of ACL. Prior to the change ACL were paying Yorkshire Bank, after they were paying CCC (at a lower rate). I don't really follow SISU's arguement. If I was buying a company and during the talks...

Don't see that happening tbh. If CCC don't want SISU owning 50% of ACL the simple route is to use their veto. At that point they would need to explain to the people of Coventry why they had used the veto as it would be seen as blocking the return of the club to the city.

    SCG minutes...

Surely repayment terms would already be laid out? Would be a very odd choice if the council did that as they would run the risk of not being paid and of course a PR disaster which may well cost them votes. They may own the freehold but they would then have to resell the lease, seems a lot of...
