    Bust up in block 16

I was 2 rows back - complete non event. In fact the bloke behind BHSB was getting more involved with the chap mouthing off. But he was polite enough to ask me if me and the 2 kids could see the game with him standing up.

    Interesting collectables from 1987

I'll start us off as for some reason Ive built up quite a hoard of memorabilia from 1987 without really realising it. I was sorting it out and some of my more interesting items are as follows 1. The clubs typed out and hand written team sheet for the semi against Leeds asking the players to be...

As a young man I hated Villa with a passion - now I prefer Midlands footie to be better represented. So oddly I'm all for a Villa win!!

    PR battles

I found myself wondering about what it was like to go to a Wasps game. So living in Leics I decided to get a ticket for the game for me, the lad and the daughter, if only to be able to have some banter down the local. I got a pleasant email talking about the importance of local support, which I...

    Highfield Road Memories

I remember that weird period we had the old original terrace come back behind seating in the East terrace (mid 80's following the JH all seater experiment). I used to stand directly under the scoreboard. But there was standing, then a gap and then about 20 rows of seating....it looked really...

    When will Sisu go?

Might have to be Cov Uni - given that Warwick seem to think they are not a Coventry Uni sometimes!

Back to the Bad old Days in Coventry

Far too many moaning about the City centre......the more you moan the more people read it, the more people avoid it and then the more it starts becoming what people perceive it to be like. I spend at least 2 hours a day in the City centre and some of the stuff on here is just complete...

Giving serious consideration to going Wasps v Leics game. To those who have gone to the Ricoh for Rugby, is there an end where the Wasps fans mainly congregate. I like the banter at Rugby games but Im not sure I want to sit surrounded by Leics fans. I live in Leics and thats hard enough:)

    Axa Building

I work at the Uni and I have no idea why people feel the Uni runs the City. Its brought nothing but good (top modern uni in the UK) to our great City
