The club is supposed to be run as self sufficient. That being the case the more money supporters put into the club the more money Mowbray has to spend. The bigger the budget the better the chance of success. Seems pretty simple to me. If people are choosing to not go to games or buy dodgy...

It all depends on what you ask. If you ask any manager would you like a bigger budget they are going to say yes. The better question would be is promotion a realistic prospect with the budget you have.
