Doesn't seem good management by the club to have not even have made an offer yet. Not like we're going to get anyone else in. The earlier they start this sort of thing the more time there is to get it sorted and lower risk of the player or agent getting fed up of waiting around and moving elsewhere.

Will never happen but there have been a few comments dropped throughout the season that give a good indication that the players aren't too happy playing at Sixfields in front of small crowds. Lots of comments about it being like pre-season, understand why the fans stay away etc.

There's various ways of looking at this. There is the possibility that CCC think their current strategy is helping CCFC. They may feel that passing the stadium to SISU, whether paid for of free of charge, is a big risk as SISU may 'pull a fast one'. They may feel they have bailed the club out...

Not really, they offer what they think it is worth or what they are prepared to pay. Given the timeframe I suspect it may be a valuation from the period in which things were very uncertain and therefore a lower end valuation. I wouldn't be surprised if ML knows what the valuation is and that's why he's so keen for this particular valuation to be made public.

Reading the article it's a valuation from June 2012 he wants made public, totally worthless now and of course we don't know on what basis the valuation was carried out. Just seems a diversion tactic.

Grendel, what would your solution be? It seems renting doesn't work, you seem to be saying ownership doesn't work and building a new stadium certainly isn't the answer so what do you suggest?
