Nowt wrong with that. Stood up to a bunch of cloggers who have had a week's extra rest to us on their own patch.

Think we need to be running through them in the middle of the park, one of their midfield players or centre backs will pick up a second yellow. or we will score from it.

As long as we don't lose, and don't get any injuries (not asking for much!) I quite like the idea of watching the lads battle in a snowstorm, if just for the novelty value !!

If they don't get promoted this season or next, they are likely to 'shrink' in terms of status quite markedly.

Agree - just hope we don't get one of those refs who 'makes allowances' for thuggery, due to the pitch conditions - letting the likes of Friend & co to kick lumps out of Callum O'Hare etc, Good day for winning / not conceding free kicks on the edge of the box

Might be down to the fact that they've lost 6 on the trot at home, and we've lost only once in 35 games at The Trillion (when keeping 11 on the pitch - (Blackburn, Bournemouth being those blips)

Square passes among the defence...........gulp. If it goes ahead, I would definitely play 2 up front, as defenders are more likely to make mistakes, and keep the tippy tappy down to a minimum. Good day for O'Hare closing down defenders, but can you imagine the state of his kit at full time 🤣

    Points to survive

I think Sheff Wed have just put another nail on their relegation coffin, as they've not paid their players in full - again. Their fans are not happy about the shenanigans

Reading 3-0 up v Bournemouth - half time coming up. Quite glad, as thought some of the Bournemouth players acted like Billy big b*ll*cks when we played them.

If they cancel it, refuse to rearrange it until Walker, Fankaty and all are back.

Tried to buy a framed Cov shirt in a sports shop in Torquay, to be told by the bloke in the shop that it was his, and not for sale.

    Hamer in goal option

One of The Championship forums has a sub forum for certain threads not deemed worthy of their main forum. Hamer is not tall enough to play in goal...

Pitches have got worse, so needs to cut the Hollywood cross field passes down to a minimum. Easier on a flat pitch. His transition to this league has been impressive, as has his self control during games, after his initial blips.

    Team for Brum?

Pretty much what I was thinking. I'd try Baka on the basis of him looking a bit fresher for his cameo, then can alternate him and Max during the busy run of games. Maybe give one an hour, then let the other bust a gut for for the last 30 mins.

I said before this run that I'd be more than happy with 6 points from the 3 games, but we could do with either beating one of Blues or Forest, or lose neither. That win would open up a nice gap on one of them, though, Two wins and I'm cracking open a few beers for the first time in a while.

Big shout out for Pask. Sam McC great defensively. O'Hare is our creative force though, just by running into gaps. He gets fouled a lot, but never stops him being brave and going again. Love him.
