All sides are culpable. We can sit here all day and argue about percentages of blame, but it all seems rather pointless. For me we need to play here in Coventry at the Ricoh. Have preferences, but really don't mind that much who runs the club as long as we can play here this season and from...

Ahh, the wonderful all encompassing world of hindsight. Let me tell you something, you know how much I hated Thatcher and all she stood for? Well, back in 1979 I actually voted for her. It's the only time I ever voted Tory and have never done so since. Can't see my ever doing so in the future...

Do any fans own any stadium in the Football League?

The point is quite clearly made in your own post, Torch. 1 year ago. Things have now moved on at a pace from there. Don't understand the 'begging' quip to be honest. There was no begging involved. Just wanted to make sure the council were going to do the right thing and to think long and hard...

And I've answered this at least 3 times Torch. You keep bringing it and I kept answering it. No point in going round in circles. I didn't want Sisu to own the stadium but have wanted them to receive the match day revenues and the appropriate rent reduction. I have never called for 'Sisu...

Who Torch? I bet it's a very small minority. Think there are an awful lot of people like myself who think Sisu have been bad for the club, have cocked up, but that also other parties are culpable too. The bottom line for me is that Sisu need to go for the reason that the people they need to...

Has anyone actually come out and said they 100% believe what ACL have said? I can't recall anyone. There's also not many who totally blame Sisu 100% either.

Exactly! It's all hearsay and rumour and conjecture. None of us know what actually happened.

Who reneged on it? To be honest, it's all conjecture. Just cos ACL say something it doesn't make it true. Just because Fisher and Sisu say something, that also doesn't make it true either.

Sorry, was meaning to say Higgs, who form part of this whole ACL/Higgs/Council trinity.

I agreed with alot what fisher said last night

Trouble is, as ACL are a charity and the council represent the people of Coventry they have to be seen to be doing the right thing don't they? As everyone has said, the key to the Ricoh is the surrounding land. Would the council be prepared to allow this land to fall into the hands of a group...

I agreed with alot what fisher said last night

The main reason though is that ACL and the council seemingly do not trust Sisu. If there were owners they felt they could work with we wouldn't be where we are today. There is a total distrust at the moment and as the council need to represent the people of Coventry they have to ensure the...

That's what I thought he was alluding to too. He put his spin on it though. As CCFC Ltd are in admin they believe they need to deal with things through the administrator ACL.

He has been inconsistent. Not last season though. He was quite the opposite.

questions for friday and monday forums

Well that's what he said. He said they were looking at an interim ground as well as a ground for ground sharing .This of course will be in tandem with a location for the new ground too. Looks like he has 3 grounds on the go at the moment. What a busy little bee.

questions for friday and monday forums

Another key question I think needs to be raised. I thought Fisher was quite smarmy and arrogant when he made the quip about bidders buying CCFC Ltd. 'What are they bidding for?' he declared repeatedly, in a smug self-satisfied manner. Well, I think the question needs to be put to him 'What do...

questions for friday and monday forums

Yes, the FL rules state this, but I am sure they would allow special discompensation as an emergency until the ground share has been agreed. It could be just 2 or 3 games. The other alternative if we are still in admin is not being able to play any home games at all. I am sure the league would...

All sides are culpable Torch for sure. It's just a sorry mess and it all seems to boil down to distrust. If the Ricoh was privately owned then none of the parties would care one jot if one of the parties wasn't to be trusted, as long as the monies to buy were forthcoming. Think ACL and the...

questions for friday and monday forums

He talked of an interim ground. A short term stop gap. My guess would be a vacant ground such as Nene Park. I'm sure the FL would allow a stop gap interim solution until a ground share is agreed.
