Wasn't that Rob S as well? The question would be how he, or whoever it was, gained access to them. I assumed at the time they were in the public domain as part of the court case and the equivalent Higgs documents would follow shortly after but that never happened.

So the question would be why, when other clubs have managed to maintain this higher level of support following a move, did ours drop back down? The only answer I can think of is lack of success, or even the prospect of success, on the pitch.

Depends what agreement was made between GR&MM and ACL. If ACL said we will accept £300K as total payment then the £500K is paid, however if they have said you pay £300K and we'll pursue the remaining £200K from elsewhere then that remaining amount is still owed.
