Because he has been poor all year. He had his opportunities. I have a number of Blackpool supporting friends and they have all said he hasn't been anywhere near good enough. Certainly not the player he appeared to be a couple years ago when he tore us to shreds.

Jerry Yates isn't that well regarded at Blackpool, started the season on fire but was poor for large parts afterwards and a lot of penalties.
