Should we be ashamed to go to Northampton?

They would. IF nothing at all had been done in pursuing a new stadium after 12 months. If come next pre-season it all still just looked like a pipedream then I think fans would back a new team. I have said myself I would probably go and watch them. That would be until CCFC returned. If CCFC...

As We're In the Position of One View Only

The majority of the population in this country would like to bring back hanging. Right and proper though that no government in recent history has brought in such legislation.

Should we be ashamed to go to Northampton?

But I see it that 99.9% of people are against us going to Northampton, but that as City fans and supporting the club being a way of life, some just feel the strength of desire to go and watch the team whatever the circumstance just being too great. Nearly everyone will be going with a heavy...

Should we be ashamed to go to Northampton?

Maybe we should all go down Northampton just to throw rotten eggs and tomatoes at the City fans as they go into the ground?

Carl Baker has hinted at it.

Have got a Hyundai Getz. Only a small car as we were concerned about economy with lots of little journeys, but we are really happy with it.

Should we be ashamed to go to Northampton?

15?:thinking about: Okay, if you live in Radford, Keresley, Coundon, Finham or Styvechale then I would guess you are in your 40's. Wood End, Stoke Aldermoor or Willenhall, then I would say you're about 27, 28.

Northern Wisdom: Those not giving the club any money because they disagree with the actions of the owners and want to make a principled stand... Did you agree with the likes of Ann Lucas to do the same because of the club's actions previously? Thought she was wrong. My stance was that Marlon...

Should we be ashamed to go to Northampton?

In total agreement with you OSB. I will try and reason with someone as to why I believe they shouldn't go, but if they won't be swayed then so be it and it's their choice.

Should we be ashamed to go to Northampton?

It's not a case of never coming back though. We simply do not know if this is true. Many suspect it but we have no facts to back that up. As I've said before though, if we go and play in Northampton and we all go and fill the stadium down there every week, I feel there is no incentive at all...

    Oh what a beautiful mourning

Wouldn't say anyone is happy to go off and support a new club. There are breaking points though and we all have them and I can fully understand why people would do this, however reluctantly. Sent from my KIS using Tapatalk 2

    New season

Totally agree. All I feel is apathy. Cannot get excited at all and the big worry in all this is if we feel like this now and sense a disenfranchisement, what is it going to be like after 3 years? This club could lose thousands of fans ..... permanently! People will find other things to do...

    Regardless of 'ownership'!

I can't remember exactly which forum it was. Would be great if someone could dig up the recording. I am convinced that Fisher did say we would not be owning the ground and would be paying rent.

    The worst that can happen

The previous owners were worse, apart from the fact that at no point did they ever threaten to take the club out of Coventry and away from its fans. The other notable thing I feel is that when the unholy trinity were here and in charge it did still feel like our club. It doesn't anymore. We...
