Testing time for Waggott and our owner

    The Ricoh

I liked the Ricoh when we moved there but now with all that Wasps shit around it I can't stand it. I think many look back at HR and think back more to the football than the place, I always thought it was a dump (but it was our dump) the atmosphere was sometimes terrible, I may be wrong but I am...

    Players Used This Season

Well what a shock the team that uses the least players is top of the league! It is almost like the league table in reverse. Well done Waggott you really know what you are doing.

Auditors query Coventry City FC as a going concern

Is the bit that always confuses me locally wherever they build this new ground they are up against The Ricoh which is established , couldn't have better access from the motorway system and whenever I have been in the conference bit is very nice. Compare this to a lego stadium built wherever and...

Waggott: We Have To Take Decisions In The Best Interest Of The Club

"Tim Fisher and manager Tony Mowbray, met with the SCG that evening to go through some of the points from an eventful week. All is good then they met with a group who seem to have zero connection to the fans to explain everything to them.

    Seb Hines

I wonder if they want an aging bandy striker or a centre half who can play about 15 games per season.

    The Pitch

The pitch is poor but the players themselves are the same standard! I thought the grass looked a bit longer today but I guess they are getting it ready for the nations number 5 sport (if they are lucky) tomorrow.

    Lack of experience

I put the same sort of thing on another thread 5 things from today. We need a nasty type midfielder who can help the ref, if we look back to Wise's time here he was always there to help the ref make a decision and Brown was a bit like that for them today.

    5 things from today's game

We need a nasty type midfielder who can help the ref, if we look back to Wise's time here he was always there to help the ref make a decision and Brown was a bit like that for them today. Martin is terrible I have said from the first time I saw him this season he cannot kick the ball I feel...

    Lack of experience

Although we have lots of problems at the back there is not a lot of support in front of them, Stokes had no real cover with Samuel of him and when you think Barton is covering the back four today a man who doesn't head it and can't tackle he also spent most of his time in between the centre...

    The value of support??

I can't work out why people leave early if we were 5v0 down with 2 minutes to go maybe but people around me leave with 10 minutes to go whatever the score.

Best Football Book You've Read ?

I have read quite a few footballers autobiographies and the one thing that gets me is they are all prepared to talk about their salary when they first start out and have a bit of a moan at having to live on a thousand a week then when the big money comes no mention of salary. Whenever I read one...

Best Football Book You've Read ?

Left foot forward by Gary Nelson is excellent and recently read Andrea Pirlo's which was very good and showed how many times he was tapped up! Also Kevin Kilbane's book is an excellent read and he has donated all the money to charity from it although he doesn't spend much time on his time here.
