    Up for the fight?

Even loan players should be motivated. It's not like the signed players are supporters of the club or anything like that so loan or not it's still not a good thing to have on your CV.

not a good day at the office so far

Other teams have midweek games this week don't they. We could be in the bottom 4 before we play Utd next weekend.

They probably don't try and park the bus when they're losing.

not a good day at the office so far

4 points off the bottom of League One. Don't worry through SP and the CT think it's all terrific and we certainly shouldn't be booing the players or criticising them

not a good day at the office so far

Teams around us are starting to pick up points even when playing teams much higher up the league, very worrying. You'd be a fool to bet against us being in the relegation places in the next week or two.

    If you won the double......

£20m wouldn't be enough! The first problem you've got is we haven't got our own ground and therefore lack revenues to be competitive at anything above L1 level. So what would you do with the money. We should, with minimal investment, be able to get out of L1. The standard in this division is...

If they can't get land for 10,000 jobs then they won't get it for a stadium.

No I'm not saying it can never change over time but that isn't what is happening here is it? This plans have been rejected as it will be building on green belt land, Maton isn't saying maybe lets look again in 20 years and the area might have changed and if it has we'll revisit the plans, he's...

If they can't get land for 10,000 jobs then they won't get it for a stadium.

According to Maton in the CT today as they can just change the status of the land! That can't be right, doesn't that defeat the purpose of having green belt in the first place if the council can just change it at will?

    Phil phoning in on CWR

In my opinion all these weird and wonderful formations only really work if you one of the top teams filled with some of the best players in the world. For everyone else it's just an over complication. Stick to 442, 443 etc. Get down the wings and get the ball in the box. It worked for decades no...

    Who owns Coventry City?

I think people are reading too much into this. Joy is called the owner as she is in practical terms. They not going to say person who owns the company that manages the funds used to purchase and operate the club every time she's mentioned!

    The Pressley Myth

The flip is that SP said at the fans forum at the start of the season that the players who left and came in had all been his decision. There were posters on here commenting about the number of goals being taken out of the team and that the replacements coming in were unproven with poor track...

    Who owns Coventry City?

In practical terms SISU are the owners. It's not their money in all probability but if you have a pension you don't go around saying you own the companies your pension is invested into. At most if your investment is underperforming you move it out of that fund.

    Who wants a public enquiry?

Yes, not sure public enquiry is the right term but some sort of investigation into the council's actions. For me there is enough known to cast doubt on how some decisions were arrived at so I think it is in everyone's best interests to get everything out in the open. I don't think we're...

I don't recall the police saying stands had to be open. They close them for JPT games so why couldn't they do it for other games?

    Land search

Fisher has said 60 acres but I think that includes moving from Ryton and / or Higgs plus non-stadium development (shops etc). The actual stadium part of the Ricoh is approx 8 acres so add a bit on to allow for infrastructure and I guess 10 - 15 acres would be the minimum.

    Tv Deal

The quick answer to that would be ITV Digital. Sky will need to create more revenue as they have paid more. There's not going to be a sudden surge in subscribers so ad revenue won't increase so how are they going to get their money back? It will be an increase in the cost to the viewer. At some...

    Tv Deal

The PL is already like 2 divisions, the top teams who have a chance of winning something and everyone else making up the numbers. Increasingly we're going to see the same teams getting promoted and relegated due to the size of the parachute payments. The promised land of the PL is only the...

Pretty much sums it up, Robbins furious with his side for not winning, Pressley ecstatic with his for managing a draw.
