I can comprehend the notion of an accident in which Madeleine died and then the parents covered up, but I just can't get my head round the parents killing her.

Going Straight was a big, big mistake. I was so happy when I heard they were making it and there must have been a huge clamour for it from the viewers, but they should have resisted. Porridge worked because of its setting and characters. You can't just suddenly pluck out certain characters and...

I will be very happy with a 1-0. Doesn't matter if it's 1-0 or 8-2. 3 points is 3 points. Fingers crossed for an 8-2 though, eh!

I most certainly have and that's why I have predicted a victory Saturday. Bury were terrible against us. We though played very well. Think a combination of those two things resulted in the 6-0 scoreline.

    Browns Lane?

22 acres is more than enough. You can get your hotel in there and your corporate event hall and conference and function rooms and car park and some retail space. Only thing you wouldn't have room for is a pitch and stands.

We all know how you love an argument and we all know how you don't back down, so let's just agree to disagree. The McCann's got loads of help for sure and that has probably got a lot to do with class, but not being charged because they are middle class is something I just don't accept. Not...

I remember the Needham case well. I don't need to Google him thanks. I disagree with you though. Not on the help and funding etc., but that's not what we are talking about here. That is a complete sidetrack. Not like you, Grendel, to sidetrack! ;) The argument is as to whether they should...

We do need to be careful here though. Remember when we were buoyant after beating Crewe 5-0 away. After that we didn't win for 5 games and within that, lost 3 in a row. We now do accept that though it was a great performance, Crewe's defending was very poor on the day. Can't let that happen...

Yes, agree. I do think though that the McCann's story is not about class but about the unusual situation of a missing child and that all resources were dedicated to finding their little girl, with little thought of anything else. Different outcome, they may well have been charged. I don't think...

Judge said defendant had suffered enough. She worked in retail I think, so again, not middle class. Sent from my...
