Odd choice of pet, but nice to see people having faith in them. Unless it meant something else, which I'm sure is illegal...

Changed my mind on this and reckon Watford might play quite a strong team to get themselves out of the rut. Still think we've got a chance though.

    Hiwula’s movement (or lack off)

Maybe he doesn't like collecting the ball on the run because his first touch/trapping isn't the greatest? It's easier to do when standing still so that's why he likes the ball to feet and then looks to move from there

Maybe, if MR wants to give Mason a rest. Also wonder if he'll leave the centre backs as is so Fadz can fully recover. Think we might see O'Hare come in for Westbrooke to give him a rest. Do we reckon Watford will play a slightly weakened side? I think they might and we'll have a half decent...

Another good result and clean sheet with a young, makeshift, back four. McCallum will be very unlucky to be dropped but Dabo will come back in. I thought Wakefield on for Jobello late on was a good move,as was O'Hare for Westbrooke, but not sure I'm happy with taking our main goal threat off for...

With apologies to every else fed up of this. I know that outside the touchline means not on the pitch side. The one word you seem to not be paying attention to is OR. You only need to fulfil one part OR the other. To simplify it I 'll therefore remove the bit after because as long as you...

Cllr Jim O'Boyle about the council / land for stadium

Although I'm sceptical of this NEC idea, even for Birmingham let alone us, I suppose you could be around the M42/A45/A452. Unlikely but they could add in a station stop between Birm Int and Hampton in Arden. And of course the airport for all our jetsetting fans - maybe we'll get Birmingham...

    Christmas is saved!

Pleased they've not gone under but I'm always wary of these people coming in last minute as 'saviours'. Are they also being opportunists hoping the timescale will result in them not being scrutinised to a proper level - desperation just leads you to want anyone to take over? Also a chance it may...

I hope we put it up on the St Andrews scoreboard too.

If we were doing the opposite of chasing runs why the hell are we wafting a bat at stuff two stumps wide of off (or wider in Stokes case)? Aus second innings. Labuschagne. Batted as un-limited overs as can be. Showed how test batting should be done. Left everything he had to. Scored when he...

When I say aim at the stumps I'm not saying just bowl as hard and straight as possible. I'm talking the "bowl top of off stump" and look for movement away to clip an edge, with the occasional one dragging back to either go lbw or to inside edge onto the stumps. At least make them think about...

    Kastaneer

Senior players are being left out by MR by choice. He's put a 16 year old on the bench instead of Biamou. He also put the young (;)) Sam McCallum on the bench ahead of Junior Brown.

Ruth Jones went to Warwick Uni so might be due to that aas she was a writer on it. Stephen Merchant also went there - got nicked for climbing on the Godiva Statue.

I agree with much of this post, esp the spiralling effect which as I said before was down to greed. But I admit I'm surprised at your thinking of a maximum wage. That is far, far left thinking. Don't you think that'd be damaging because if you set a maximum wage it'll just lead to all the high...

So how does this support your argument? Look at the second bullet point. have part of each foot ON the touchline OR on the ground outside the touchline.

All of these are more reminiscent of limited overs style play - playing at balls chasing runs. Not test match (or even county championship) play. Every one of these balls should've been left. Roy, Burns, Stokes and Denly Ashes: Australia lead nears 200 after England 67 all out - in-play clips...

    England cricket 2019

You're right that Warner rode his luck and another day would've been out cheap. Broad seems to have one over him at the moment and he's played some poor shots to him, which seems a mental thing. But we kept on missing the edge - we happened to be bowling a bit wide of the stumps. We can never...

    England cricket 2019

Normally you'd assume you'd bat first, but yesterday was overcast which is favoured bowling conditions in this country. The forecast for the following days were still, hot weather. That's favourable batting conditions. So given that was what expected I can understand the choice to bowl. The...
