    From a usually reliable source

Well that is the opposite of what our Tim said - October 2013 Fisher added “plan B” of returning to the council-owned Ricoh Arena could only happen with a stadium sale to bring in vital club revenue from the stadium, not with club returning as tenants.

Will Trust and Rob s be at Ricoh today

Unfortunately there is still some confusion of what exactly the deal is. That doesn't help any. Some are now talking of a CCFC takeover. Think the one thing we are all pretty unanimous on is the opposition to Wasps coming in as a franchise team and them making Coventry their new home. For...

Your team and tactics for today

I would like to see this (or at least give it a go) Allsop Clarke Johnson Willis Pugh O'Brien Fleck Thomas/Finch Haynes Jackson Nouble Play O'Brien out wide right and push Haynes into wide left midfield. With Pugh behind him it should mean him having more licence...

I just said to my daughter, if she did go there, just to ignore all the religious doctrine (she's already a complete non believer).

Joy Seppala: “We will not interfere with any deal between Wasps and ACL re: Ricoh"

Maybe he's more saying 'support is based on hope.' If you have no hope of better times and set your stall just to be small fry then I can understand why people would drift away.

Meant to add, I got that team talk from Gael Cliché.

Your team and tactics for today

My team talk would be; 'Go out all guns blazing, don't stop running until your drop and give me 110% minimum. Let's all put in a shift and don't worry if we are a goal down at the break, cos football is a funny old game. Remember, Frank Nouble is good with his feet for a big lad and at the...

its 8,30 on a matchday but

The depressing thought though would be of Wasps taking over, us just paying rent forever and playing in a yellow and black seated stadium. Can't see that happening though. Think if we stay on a rent deal, all the CCFC stuff will remain in place. As for the game, i'm hoping Thomas is back...

But organised religion is mere mortals telling other mere mortals what they should and shouldn't do and therein lies the problem.

I'm always excited too, Torch, but all this franchising and takeover and buyout talk and Ranson nonsense and the concern once agian over our future, just weighs you down and with it also all coming so closely after all the positivity and euphoria we enjoyed, just makes it feel so much worse.

I'm sure he will accompany you to make sure you are able to get there in time to relieve yourself. unless of course you would prefer to wear some sort of bag about your person? ;)

its 8,30 on a matchday but

Yes, we know it is perspective, but we go to the football to get away from all this crap going on in the world. It's our own little time capsule where we can just concentrate on the football and nothing else. Have had deaths in the family where it's all I have been able to think about 24-7...

I offered my next door neighbour my ticket, a champagne weekend in Paris, £100 spending money, a packet of sunflower seeds and the use of my wife for the next 5 weekends, but he still wasn't interested.

I have no enthusiasm for today's game at all. Not one jot. I feel like an old, worn out boxer, on the ropes in the 12th round, dazed and spent and just waiting for the knock out blow. Can't believe we are back here again fearing our future, so soon after returning home. Wonder if the off...

It is in the name of relgion though, Macca. Some fanatics are getting more fanatical. In the US too creationism is growing and science being overlooked. This school on Thursday has now become a lot more religious than it used to be and people are acting in the name of God. Without religion I...

Yep. Went to Bluecoat last night for a secondary school open evening. Daughter will be 11 next year. Been told it's a good school and a friend of mine went there when she was younger. Now I know it is a C of E school, but I was stunned at the amount of religious imagery and reminders about 'the...

    As i see it,

Exactly. It's not going to be anything like the Ricoh or have the same facilities surely. It's looking like it's going to be a cheap build, smaller stadium and I can't see how that will bring in big concerts, or have a hotel and big conference facilities attached. The Ricoh makes perfest sense...
