Listening to game on CWR, but watching Barnsley v Blues (without sound) Attendance looks awful.

Glad Derby and Forest drew. Doesn't help Forest much, probably keeps Hughton in a job (their fans can't stand him) and Derby will still struggle (plus hope that Forsyth gets a deserved ban for that bollock stamp)

To be fair Man City and Chelsea in their first 3 games. New signings to gel. They'll still finish top half and maybe higher. Need to though - they and Spurs are in a lot of debt!

Totally off piste, but Kiprite of WBA made a disgusting stamp on Saka earlier on and got away with it. A bit of Karma half an hour later when he got flattened by his own keeper. Still hope he gets a ban for it though. Well out of order.

He may well not make it, but that is due to the lack of application, rather than the lack of ability. I won't disagree with anyone writing him off, based on the evidence (or lack thereof) recently, but he has shown that he possesses talent. Probably me being pedantic over the interpretation of...

Talent - 'natural aptitude or skill' To be fair I think he does have that. However, change the word aptitude to attitude and therein lies the problem (allegedly!)

Luckily the feelgood factor and positive results are not letting Bright's situation (whatever it may be) become too much of an issue. More likely to become a topic during the international break and any downward turn in form/injury crisis. In the meantime Forza Jamie Allen!
