I think Cody will do very well in L1 as long as he gets the service and a battering ram striker next to him. Platt we needs his experience as a squad player and will be handy for a 25min spell towards the end of games when we will just have to bombard the box.

He may be a Cov boy but never played for us. So can't really connect with him on that basis. Likes of Richard Shaw out of a job would be a great person to have to help with the U21 league we are entering from next season.

Even some of our better kids should not be playing regularly in the first team yet. We have entered the U21 leagues next season and that is where they need to be learning. It will be good in the long term they have this league to compete in. However, we need a brand new team of league...

The annoying this is most clubs get relegated from the Champ to L1 in a bad state and then a knight in shinning armour comes and saves the day. Unfortunately, we thought this knight came a few years ago and won't let go even in a shit state. Really difficult to see how we can ever change this...
