A measure of lost intrest in CCFC...

I defintely completely missed games last season, when we were at Sixfields. That was quite surreal though, cos it felt in some ways like we no longer had a football team. I only ever checked the results the following day, but did completely forget about matches we had on a number of occasions.

A measure of lost intrest in CCFC...

You weren't alone. Seems like the team forgot we were playing last night too.

    Who Is To Blame?

Because SP brought in the wrong players?

    Complete farce

Interestingly you picked up on physicality and the problem with the midfield. Bang on to my mind.

    Who Is To Blame?

I blame my mum too. Why oh why did she have to give birth to me in this city?

    Who Is To Blame?

    Yep. Exactly.

Golden rule for me. Never, ever bet on the City.

    Pressley interview....

Have you also noticed, when the opposition have a throw in they seem able to throw it straight to one of their own players. When we have a throw in there is hardly any movement and at times it takes an age to release the ball and pretty much every single one of our own players is tightly marked.

    No good sacking Pressley....

I wonder if Sisu would go for a 'If we promise to fill the ground to full capacity for the next 6 home games, will you promise to fook off?'

The one silver lining in all this...

Me neither. Surely if you bet on a 3-1 win to Bristol last Saturday and it was 2-1 with us pushing for an equaliser, then part of you would be hoping for Bristol to score again wouldn't it? Especially if you were to get a tidy sum out of the bet. I have never ever bet against the City.

Johnson and Nouble to save Pressleys job?

I think we should always bring our A team to matches.

    Which players who...

Yep. I liked Adams. Bit of a strange one for sure.

    Goalkeeping situation

You can be fantastic keeper, but if the 4 defenders in front of you keep making big mistakes then you are not going to be able to keep constantly saving their bacon. My worry with him is his command of the 6 yard area, rather than the back 4 putting him in trouble all the time. He seems really...

    Goalkeeping situation

No, true. He is just a small part of the reason. He's not good at claiming crosses or being commanding, but problems elsewhere on the pitch are much more pressing.

    Goalkeeping situation

There may well be a good keeper in there somewhere, NW, but he has looked edgy, indecisive and nervous for us so far and that really will put the back four on edge too.

    Pressley interview....

Just wondering. Are the dugouts at the training ground and Sixifelds below pitch level? Could explain a lot.

    2 options for Saturday

Let's be honest here, there hasn't been a single chant for his head yet from the City faithful at home games. Think fans have been really patient with him. We go 2-0 down on Saturday though and I think the grumbles will indeed turn to calls for his head. What is happening out there on the...

    Goalkeeping situation

I do think Bournemouth are quietly laughing up their sleeves, having palmed off Allsop, Coulibaly and McQuoid on us. McQuoid has done the best of the 3, but hasn't be that greta shakes and Coulibaly seems a bit of a luxury players who will only be any good in fits and starts (maybe starting...

    2 options for Saturday

When I saw the title I thought the 2 options were going to be; 1. We forfeit the match before the game kicks off, giving away the 3 points, but avoiding further injuries and suspensions or 2. We dig up the pitch and make it unplayable.
