    Points for Play offs

What I do like about our run in, is the fact that we have Huddersfield and Blackburn at home. If we can do the business against them it will have the effect of pretty much bringing us level with them (potentially ahead of Huddersfield). A lot of tough games, but potentially also some like...

Think that is the problem sometimes regarding atmosphere; home game, midweek, February where you are sitting in lower mid0table. Can't get relegated and can't make play offs. That's why I am so glad we are sticking in there, as it should keep the CBS rocking for a bit longer!

Well done SBA Off their forum, in response to one of their members saying he wasn't a fan of Cov's cocky fan base..... In fairness they made a good noise. Decent numbers as well. I agree, thought their fans were excellent and they were pretty much all I could hear for most of the game.

You played well - much better than at our place. Your forum seems a much happier place than earlier in the season. Assuming NP has slowly won you around?

If Brereton Diaz is out for a while (Blackburn won't reveal how long) I still think they and Huddersfield will falter at some point and are catchable. Nice to play Bournemouth and West Brom and other big hitters at the end of the season when their fate is already known. Tonight's result really...

That was a fantastic win. Remember they had just won 4 home games on the bounce - Hyam excellent again. Big Vik kept going on his own. O'Hare is a duracell bunny and Moore was fantastic tonight. What a result. All get up there for the PNE game.

At some point Sheaf needs to come on. Think the first 15 minutes will be vital (plus the following 30). Oggy saying we are not pressing as much (wonder if that's deliberate to preserve energy)

To be fair, I wouldn't expect a result in a shed museum, unless you can smuggle your missus in one for a quickie (careful of splinters, though!)

He has been consistently poor for Sunderland if you follow their match reports/comments. The Man City lad Doyle on loan at Cardiff, however, has been very impressive.

To be fair, most of their fans don't obsess over Newcastle, it's more a case of having crowds in the high 20k to low 30ks, have supposed rich owners, yet season after season managing to have teams with much lower budgets / fans attending / income finishing above them. We'd feel exactly the same...

I think their record when playing 4 at the back is statistically dreadful this season, versus 5 at the back. The highlights (goals conceded) of their MK defeat showed the lack of pace at the centre of their defence.

I might have agreed, had they not got a defence that seems totally inept. They have a few youngsters playing - including a lad called Doyle from Man City, who by all accounts has had his confidence shattered, yet they either won't or can't drop him (don't know if they take a financial hit from...
