    Sisu QC arguing that withholding the rent and licence fees (£1.3m) was done in agreement with ACL. Higgs v Sisu case last month was shown a letter from Higgs Charity trustee to Tim Fisher which showed that Higgs did not agree to that at all.

    Both parties, Sisu and Higgs had no appetite to complete the transaction for the Higgs share of Acl. But Sisu have an appetite to prove this loan was illegal from ccc. Even if sisu win they still won't get hold of the Ricoh.
