Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Don't think the judge is going to fall for this sisu act. It's pretty obvious acl hot problems once sisu stopped paying rent that was a contractual obligation as soon as sisu realised it wasn't gaining the Higgs share and not able to restructure the loan. Seppala you lost.

  6. AFCCOVENTRY

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Are they giving the evil eyes to each other? Can anyone see Seppala's eyes through those sunglasses? Why don't they all go down the pub after this and sign a deal to get the club back at the Ricoh? Or will they have a mass brawl?
  7. AFCCOVENTRY

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

@TheSimonGilbert: Council QC going over EU case law now. Main thrust is advice to council must have been material misleading to breach state aid law.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

I think the ccc media blackout will now come to and end which may lead to a more public forum with sisu. Think most people hope once a judgement is made then acl and sisu will get round the negotiating table to return to the Ricoh even if it means one more season at Nham.
