Any tips for cooling down? Anyone tried a cold water bottle? Basically a hot water bottle filled with cold water and put in the fridge. Trying anything and everything at the moment. Just tied an ice block from the freezer to the front of a fan. Not doing a lot of good at all to be honest. :)
