    From the Lips of Daniel Gidney ,wasn't the Price £24M when the first enquiry was made. That looks like settlement of the mortgage and £5M each for Higgs and CCC ,both would have taken a loss on that ,Higgs around £1.5M. and CCC £5M.

    that contradicts Info posted on here recently. to the OP ,yeah It's steep ,the norm for many auditoriums /entertainment Venues ,but not for L1 football grounds IMO.
