    Reda injury sweepstake

Ooh, err .... I see we are now down to 6 matches. If we carry on bringing him back in this gently he might just manage the last 6 mins at Crawley on the last day of the season.

Why Are We So Shit At Home?

Wasn't a personal dig at you, Stu. :D Just think we can make all the excuses in the world, but at the of the day, the team just isn't good enough.

    Rugby: Would you go?

Indeed not. Use the sat nav I say.

    TM's head on a pole

Was he though? Odelusi's profile says he is a winger or striker. We could have pushed Odelusi up front and brought Turgott on to play on the wing.

    Rugby: Would you go?

Ahh, like the way you twisted that. :D The Ricoh is in Coventry. I have said I am happy if the ground was just outside the city borders.

Why Are We So Shit At Home?

It's obvious. It's the Ricoh. The Ricoh is soulless and has no atmosphere. It's the Wasps signs on the stands. It's us changing changing rooms. It's the pitch. It's nothing to do with the team.

How do you think the table is going to look after Friday's games?

It does to a degree in terms of our Notts County match though. Putting the other teams aside for the minute, if Notts County win on Friday they will be on the same points as us, even maybe above us if the goal differential is in their favour. I do think it could be a major contributing factor...

    Rugby: Would you go?

Well I'm like you, Dave. I don't have a problem like some with 1 inch outside the boundary. I would have a problem though if it was actually IN Rugby. The way I feel is that the stadium has to be closer to Coventry than to any other town or city. What about Rugby Town FC? Or don't we care...

How do you think the table is going to look after Friday's games?

I don't think we will come out of Friday looking too good myself. That just makes Notts County all the more important.

    Rugby: Would you go?

They would stu, but it's all about degrees. There will be far less people prepared to travel to Rugby than there would to travel to the Ricoh. There is not the slightest doubt whatsoever that if any stadium was built in somewhere like Rugby the crowds would drop significantly.

    Samuel Update

It was dreadful refereeing. the most blatant of the lot was the one where their player made made the crudest of shoulder charges and quite deliberately took our player out. That was a nailed on yellow card all night long, but I don't think the ref even had a word with him. The Samuel...

    TM's head on a pole

Well i agree that Thomas was the wrong decision and I said as much last night. It was a move that backfired on us, because up until Samuel went off we looked quite bright and in control.

How do you think the table is going to look after Friday's games?

I will certainly fear for us if we lose on Monday. We simply cannot lose this game.

    TM's head on a pole

The one salvation for TM is that this is Pressley's team and Pressley's squad. Mowbray has brought just one player in, Gavin Ward and he has been like a breath of fresh air for us.

How do you think the table is going to look after Friday's games?

I do think we may have an advantage going into Monday's game. We won't have played since Wednesday and Notts County would have had their game on Friday, so we will have had a bit more recovery time than they will.

    TM's head on a pole

If we need Proschwitz, then we are truly doomed.

    Rugby: Would you go?

i don't think people do though. But as it just keeps coming up again and again and with us stuck between a rock and a hard place, the topic is just going to keep being talked about ad nauseum,

    TM's head on a pole

Or expecting us to be challenging for the play-offs based on the fact that we are Coventry City and used to be a big club, no matter how poor the squad is.
  19. Otis

    Rugby: Would you go?

Exactly. How can we all be up in arms about us going to Northampton and then be up in arms about Wasps moving here and then accept us going and permanently moving to a different town ourselves? Hypocritical.

Nouble : its all me , me , me.

At times he is most dangerous player and looks the most likely to score. Trouble is, how often does he do that? It's all about the end product at the end of the day and he simply isn't delivering enough and or scoring with any degree of regularity .
