Can someone tell me what Pressley's strengths are as a manger? Because as an ex defender one of our biggest weaknesses is defense.

No. I'm afraid we have decent players here and a manager who cannot mould a team, understand the correct formation to play and get the best out of them. Also he doesn't realise where the priority positions for signing players are.

Sorry the Sisu factor doesn't wash with me anymore. Pressley has a squad which has player which most other L1 teams would love to have. Yes we have lost some good players but we have enough decent players who should be doing a job in L1 let alone against a non league team. The blame is...

Instead of signing 4 strikers he should have funded at least one decent experienced keeper. Burge doesn't have he confidence or domination of a commanding keeper.

That's it. Final straw for me with Pressley. Tactically inept manager. Clueless. I'm sorry but there are some good players in this squad and Pressley gets the tactics and formations wrong every time.

Big changes need to be made by Pressley as everyone has had enough of this silly formation. 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 now. He needs to get the combo of the strikers right as well and get wing play and creativity spot on.
