I agree. But there's definitely been an increase. Just hearing some of the stories of people's experiences at the football tells us these people have become emboldened.

That phrase has been used a few times, other countries are worse or other countries are just as bad. That can't be used as an excuse to ignore an increase in racism in my opinion.
