We didn't have a fit striker for that game. Palmer a libero false 9 !! Blackpool seemd to create all their chances from set pieces or moves out wide. Keep corners/free kicks to a minimum.

My only actual memory of him (although of course I remember him) was him getting his name sung whilst he was running up and down the touchline in an away game at Blackburn. Weird what your memory retains and discards.
