Like the look of that line-up. If Finch has a good game as the holding midfielder I think we can win this one.

    Dead Rock Stars

Drums: Keith Moon, Bass: Dee Dee Ramone, Guitar: Nick Drake, Kurt Cobain, Vocals: John Lennon & Ian Curtis. That band would blow anybody's mind.

I was there. In the West End. One of the greatest ever feelings I ever had leaving Highfield Road. "nd half we were absolutely magnificent.

Phillips and Willis 'struggling' to be fit.......

Well this is what I said about losing Clarke. Fine for him to go if we could have replaced him.

    New team lineup

Yes agree. Madine and Jackson would be a better combination in terms of target man, pacy striker alongside, but there's no way on God's earth you can drop Nouble after last week.

    New team lineup

I would go with that too, though personally I do like the big target man/pacy smaller striker combination more, so I would have Madine on the bench and play Nouble and Jackson up front.

That's what I don't get. If this is deal was in the best interests of the people of Coventry and a positive move for CCFC and CRFC, then why were there so many dissenters and why were the councillors told to tow the party line? Why weren#t they all for it anyway if it was the best deal all round?

As far as i am concerned, the whole world has gone mad with its budget/profit/budget/target/profit/budget etc. I used to work for a charity. Used to be a fab place to work for, in the top 100 companies to be employed by. Then about 4 years ago it all became about hitting targets and budgeting...

The cheeky buggers! My councillor promised me he would reply to my takeover concerns after the vote had taken place. He has never ever done that. I have however just recieved an email a couple of mins ago from him. 'This is just a note to let you know that a public meeting has been...

    Two down one to go?

Goalkeeper is the one priority. Though Central midfield is the one priority too.

BBC's MOTD's disgusting comment about CCFC.

Ohh yes, I recall that now. What a shame. He was a very good keeper for us. Glazier is the best City keeper I have ever seen.

BBC's MOTD's disgusting comment about CCFC.

Did you ever see Glazier play? Guessing you would rate Blythe as better? I know I would.

BBC's MOTD's disgusting comment about CCFC.

Now I know this is going to be contentious, but to be honest, I didn't rate Oggy that highly. Great shot stopper and a commanding presence, but he would often flap at crosses, so much so that to our group of friends he was known as Flapper. He wasn't strong on crosses at all for the most part...

BBC's MOTD's disgusting comment about CCFC.

Can't see what the problem is. We now have a whole new generation probably watching MOTD. To many Coventry City have been a lower league club for most of their existence. A non-league team beating a League 1 team simply doesn't hold the same notoriety as beating a Premier League club (or...
