I think there are a lot of Mps who get promoted due to great work in constituencies but aren't up to ministerial/shadow ministerial posts. Promoted a level too far happens to individuals in many companies and professions.

The antisemitism aimed Jewish Corbyn supporters is incredible. Same happens in the States with Jews who criticise Israel. Michael Rosen has has some horrific abuse.
