    If it is St Andrews

The have other income streams. I bet there are 70 charities out there all mirroring each other in their altruistic aims. Why should they all rely on extra revenue from the taxpayer?

    If it is St Andrews

And some people think the council is screwing us as CCFC fans. This loan has come at a great cost to the people of Coventry. Maybe it was spare money but it could have protected front line services.

Why do you support coventry city football club.

Because we do.. One thing is certain though, the club I see now is a shadow of the former.

    Cov fans fighting eachother

I think we all notice the great and good sometimes. I stayed away in the 80s because fans looked harsh, twisted and confrontational. Not for me. I go now and look harsh, twisted and confrontational. Must be me and my middle class attitude.

Me, and at least 6 others I know have decided to stay away until SISU go. That is the only way to get rid of them.

    Coventry Jets

Not sure where the funding comes from. The subs come out of players bank accounts so that may be the only regular income. Circa £500 per player I guess. They have to pay game officials, traing venues, match day home and coaches for the players. They used cars some games but this season the...

    Coventry Jets

There seems to be a hard core of 40to 60! I'm new to all this (Watched a few times last season) This season they are playing at Coventry Sphinx ground. Home game next saturday. I am starting to enjoy the sport. They are a team. It helps if they win but even the tough games are...

Son of Fokker played for the Jets today. Won away at Nottingham Caesars 6-26 Jets commanded the game and should have won by more.

    Stuart Linnell....

Sky Blue Kid.....Are you a dead player contacting us through the Ethernet? Brian Alderson? Jim Holton? Just thinking like? :D:D:D Not meaning to cause offence but you do seem a little frustrated by things at the moment. Not healthy to be on the attack all of the time. Were you a...

But being honest here, I don't want neutral where any of his stances seem to be the 'right' side of neutral. It would be great to have a partisan journalist, a real fan who may be able to tell it as it is but can at least empathise with the masses. While I'm on a roll, what was all this...

    This forum Works Well.

But anyone remember the days of waiting outside newsagents at 5:45 for the Pink to be dropped off. Simple, basic journalism that few of us questioned. When results counted, attendances, league position on a cold winter's evening.
