Agreed. ACL's accounts for this year will be interesting. If they make a profit, however small, then surely the "unspoken strategy" has failed?

I agree, we are in a position where sitting and waiting may eventually work out as we all want, or acting and it achieves a return for CCFC. But either action (or lack of) could also see the club not exist :(

Agreed. There's too much "we've payed this, and they haven't payed that" going on. No one knows where anyone stands. Although if ACL have not received any monies owed, they know where they stand if that makes sense?

Exactly my worries :( Would taking the golden share also include players contracts? If not, then we don't gain any progress.

I was merely quoting Fisher, who said the football club would not be effected by the legal battles. Just like they are not effected by the move away. To answer your question, I have no idea. But ccfc should not have to pay anything. Sisu should.

The bit I laughed at was "groundbreaking scenario in law". Something to add to the sisu honors I guess. This is getting beyond a joke this scenario.

Maybe if no offers come in, and he stayed for one more season, we may see a vast improvement in him to attract a big move? Could work out for all parties. If he goes though, that could free up wages for 2 more players, so would be ideal for ccfc anyway, plus the compo.
