Who watches American Football in the UK?

Well how many times could you see the film before you'd start to get really bored? Jeez, Goldie Horne or not, there's only so many times surely!

    Jordan Willis

Yep. Definitely need 2 players in sharpish.

    Have expectations exceeded reality

You do also have to consider where we are in Jan. If we are top 6 and then manage to strenghten, then who knows, but we most certainly should be aiming as high as possible. If we finish top 6 I will be very happy and if we finish top 2, well in football parlance, I'll obviously be over the moon.

    Fargo Season 2

Don't you like the wordplay? Don't you find it at all funny? I can't wait for tonight's episode myself. I think it is brilliantly written and deliciously dark to boot.

Who watches American Football in the UK?

Been popular for nigh on 30 years, Gazbola. Would guess that the majority there were Brits. I went to a Wembley game a few years back and it was mainly British people I cams across. As soon as they announce the games they sell out very, very quickly too. Think the obvious answer to how popular...

Well let's see at the end of the season if we have held on to Maddison and Charles Cook etc. I'm not counting my chickens.

Plus under 21 games under his belt to bring him up to match fitness.

Agree. The trend is downwards at the moment, but at the same time there is still a lot to be very happy about.

Agree, could just have easily not come off for Armstrong though. Doesn't mean he'd not be up to it, but it's a lot to expect from a young kid and it might have taken him a lot longer to get up to speed and to the rigours of League One football.

Starting Cole a big mistake ?

Lameiras only played 60 mins against Crewe and was replaced by Murphy. He then played the full game against Walsall, but was taken off at half time for tactical reasons against Southend. He was then substituted the next game on 74 mins against Burton and then again on 70 mins against Scunthorpe...

Exactly my stance too, NW. This is why I have always questioned the 2 year plan. It's not a total blank piece of paper next season, but you are to a degree starting from scratch for many positions. Just cause we have got lucky with Armstrong this season, doesn't mean we will be so lucky next...

Easy peasy. What's the odds on an England victory?

Starting Cole a big mistake ?

Kent struggles to put in 90 mins, so there is ample opportunity for Lameiras to get game time and do his stuff. Lameiras has been left out anyway hasn't he, before Kent even came here?

Yep, double pen. We are really lucky we didn't lose 3-2.

    Sam Ricketts

2 pens there. foul by Martin, but then a handball by Phillips too, so if it hadn't been given for the Martin wrestle, then it would have been given for Phillips' clear handball.

Yep, exactly. If this is poor form I can't wait until we start turning it on again.

If it was Phillips then that's a worry, as he has been responsible for a number of penalties.

    Our form last 10

That is true. No handball: happy faces, with everyone saying we are just 2 points behind the automatic promotion place and we have a game in hand. Great win, really gritty how we dug in and hung on. Unbeaten run extended. Handball and pen resulting in a draw: Worst we have played this season...
