Ah :) I'm sorry, but I just don't see a financial advantage of a new stadium (outside the city). The cost of building, plus interest on loans, reduced attendance (if outside the city), the lack of pies sold :whistle:, lack of business/conference/concerts etc for the rest of 342 day out 365....

Don't forget to take the sell outs every other week, buying 10 pies each, out of that equation :whistle:Plus the 342 concerts held there at £100 each when CCFC aren't playing :)

On another note, people moan about where the Ricoh is, and use that as an excuse not to go. So a stadium outside the city, probably harder to get to, that will increase gates, yes?
