Poll. New Stadium or remain at the Ricoh ?

    2. Cos the Ricoh is a great stadium and one day we may be able to get our hands on it and also because I don't think 1 will ever happen or is feasible.

    So, Reice Charles Cooke...

Burge was making loads of mistakes and wasn't coming off his line half the time to catch crosses. Because they didn't result in goals, people have seemingly forgotten that and erased them from their memories.

    Vale fans view on game

But not only that, we've also fluffed some gilt edged chances too. Twice on Saturday square balls from either Kent or Armstrong would have probably resulted in goals. Armstrong missed a great chance against Sheff Utd. too.

    Vale fans view on game

Having two weak fullbacks in Phillips and Haynes and a makeshift centre back certainly didn't help. Even though Stokes aquitted himself quite well, he most certainly doesn't have the presence of Turner or Reda does he. We had a very weak back line on Saturday. If it's a similar scenario this...

Butts Park Arena is new home

No way you can build a stadium large enough at the Butts. Just not possible. There's the retirement village within yards too. You think a 30,000 seater stadium can be built right next door to a retirement village? Seriously? It's a nonsense and to talk of a 'squeeze' is laughable unfortunately.

Butts Park Arena is new home

Can't see any way at all where you could squeeze a 20,000 seater in, let alone a 30,000 seater.

Butts Park Arena is new home

We could all go to a car showroom though and look at a Ferrari couldn't we, even though we haven't got this money and know we can't afford it. ;)

Butts Park Arena is new home

Yep, but as soon as it was mooted loads of us straight away said you couldn't get a 20,000+ seater stadium in that location. Physically impossible before you even start to go into development costs. Development costs shouldn't be an issue though should it if we have loads of investors ready to...

    Oldham (Home) Match Thread

He is. He does get subbed a lot though and I think it was Peterborough he was yanked off at half time. He was very, very poor that day. I think there is a place for him, but not as a regular starter game in game out regardless. We need to pick the games where we feel we can utilise him best...

    Oldham (Home) Match Thread

11 of the 13 games Lameiras has started he has been substituted in and a number of them, substituted early on. And one game in particular he was taken off at half time. He was very poor in that match. He's very good but lacks consistency.

    Job

Yup. Looks like we need to get shot of Cole, RCC, JOB, Fortune, Phillips, Haynes, Burge and Kent. and that's just for starters!! ;)

    Job

I like him and think he is important to our side. He is the sort of player you need in your team. He has some skill about him, scores a few goals, never stops running and battling and his work rate is exceptional. He makes intelligent runs too. Yes, he can be a bit over exhubarant and has been...

And The Cracks are Beggining to Show

Of course people can highlight some concerns Stu. Don't think anyone has said otherwise. There are definitely things that need tweaking and adjusting for sure. We've only lost one in thirteen, but are not winning enough lately. I don't think Port Vale is a must win, but it would be great to...

    So, Reice Charles Cooke...

Not so sure they are alarming frailties. He was catching crosses with ease before the Sheff Utd. game. He was edgy in that match, but on Saturday he was okay, that corner apart when he was held down. He does need to be stronger though and wise up in such situations. Don't think too much...
