Yep. I have some first hand experience, having worked for a charity. When I was first there it was in the top 100 companies to work for in the UK, it was all about helping people and trying to achieve the goal of spreading the word. After about the 3rd year it all changed. Completely changed...

Thing is, 7th is so much better than 12th and I think it may well be 7th where we finish, with our just missing out on the play-offs. I am of course hoping we can make the play-offs. I would be disappointed however with 12th, so haven't voted.

Are they actual physical obstacles then?
