    Wasps signs have actually gone!!

Chris Holland owns it, well from when the bonds defaulted, and is a former director.

If it was run by ourselves, the shop would still be open.

Claim back from the credit card company, otherwise not really the club’s responsibility.

Arena dilapidation costs - £12.9m over next 3 years

And the additional cost of maintaining a pitch at football quality if Wasps stayed there would have to be taken in to account in any rental agreement with them.

Mike Ashley Takeover …Ready and Waiting

Given the running costs of the entire Arena, we may actually be better off with a long lease of the stadium bowl at reasonable cost with access to match day revenues, rather than the risk of not being able to sell all the exhibition / conference / concert “space” whilst still carrying the full...

Arena dilapidation costs - £12.9m over next 3 years

There were plans to introduce it in England some years ago, I think the only bit left was the EPC report. Would have saved huge amounts of time and money.

Arena dilapidation costs - £12.9m over next 3 years

Not keeping Arena in a good state of repair and decoration was a breach of bond requirements. The waste pipes issue is interesting, possible consequence of sewage flooding the casino. If it happened on a match day, would that be a case of the shit hitting the fans?

    Arena holding costs

That was per month. Note no 1 especially I will add the bit I deleted below:- Other Matters 1. Utilities – taking the September 2022 utility invoices/usage, out of contract rates would increase the monthly utility costs from £150,000 to £662,000. 2. Confirmation from Coventry City Council...

Arena dilapidation costs - £12.9m over next 3 years

It does show as a three year programme. It would be more interesting to see what, if any, work Wasps did during their 7 years ownership.

Mike Ashley Takeover …Ready and Waiting

The car park C was the one Derek Richardson was going to build, wasn’t it? If that was the case, is there a need to say any more?

    Doug King Takeover

Michael Knighton would have made a fortune if he could have completed his Man Utd buyout, so there could be exceptions to the rule. All a question of timing.

    Doug King Takeover

I would take a simple view. Who is buying the stake, is it DK or his company? Everybody says it is MA who has bought the arena, but it is actually House of Fraser. Who was the over whelming majority of the football clubs debt owed to? Sisu - in years of added interest on a relatively small...
