They just send them out on loan. Chelsea's youth policy is the reason why London has so many airports.

I tell my HR manager that I'm overseas on those days. I then end up working just as much whilst I'm "off" as I do when I'm "at work" both throughout the day and night. Only time I don't work is when I'm on holiday outside the EU as technically I'd need a work permit/visa to even answer the phone...

Andy in 1984. Think these were taken from a video involving the players and club staff.

Joined the club in 1982. Was the heartbeat of it. Lovely bloke. Would do anything for anyone.

Me plus 3. Staying up there on Friday then we're driving straight back after the game. Doing Paris on the Eurostar on Monday-Wednesday.

An Evening With Mark Robins + Kit Launch

Sounds like a good well priced event. Fair play to the club. Will be on a Jamaican beach at the time though!

It was Adam Brierley's job but after he left it just seemed to get forgotten about.

    Family Zone Next Season

Pat and her team are superb and the work they do on matchdays is vital. Shame really that Tickets for Schools finished as that was another important thing to encourage the next generation.

    HEY WEEMAN

Was working in a bar round the corner from London Bridge. There was some commotion and realised something was happening up that way. Not sure why but what happened in Westminster came to mind straight away. I was running towards the bridge to see if it was a similar incident and if so if anyone...

    Champions League

So happy to see Juve choke. Can't stand that lot. Horrible fans. Pure scum. Wish Buffon played for someone else tbh as he's a player I've admired.

    HEY WEEMAN

Bit shaken up today. Jumping at everything. Didn't leave the house yesterday but out and about today. The impact of the whole event and injuries I saw I think are setting in. Seen some horrible things in my life at race tracks along with the stuff in Marseille last year but it's never effected...

Well done. Heartwarming to know how people come together and help each other out. Great work

Plenty were in a far worse one. The thought of those families losing people in that way is sickening. Was and am more angry than anything.

Personally think it was a good idea. Makes sense. We did it.

van driven at pedestrians in London

Was working right next to London Bridge. People were running everywhere panicking. Armed police were everywhere too. 10 mins after going back inside the guy came on the loudspeaker "EVACUATE, EVACUATE, EVACUATE". We were on our way out and the police turned up telling us that our building was...

    Birmingham Airport

It's mainly down to the length of time I need to wait at security. It's always full of numties that take ages to put their bags through. They seem to wait to get their liquids, phones, belts, laptops etc out when they get to the trays, not before. Imo if they're not ready they should be made to...

    Birmingham Airport

I've never had a problem with Brum for either holidays, away trips or business. East Mids last year was a bit ropey. Didn't seem to be able to handle a Dreamliner. One I can't stand is Stansted. Fly from there more than any other and it's a pain in the arse.

Future Sport (Conor Thomas & James Maddison)

Fair play to them. The same goes for the Strachan's, Craig Pead and Gary McSheffrey. Whilst we're on this subject (shameless plug) if anyone needs a holiday club in Birmingham, Milton Keynes or Rugby let me know. From £7 a day, 10 different sports :shamefullyembarrased:
