I think that's the issue. Trying to select the actual seat. It works up until that point :( But some people do still phone/queue up. But I've found the online process great, and a quicker delivery usually.

It is possible he was trying too hard for us, so his final ball was poor/selfish. He did score one very good goal though for us ;) Anyway, there's no doubt he's a talented lad, just needs the right development and he'll be up there in a couple of seasons :)
