He only does it when I’m not watching, sneaky little borrower. Glad he had a decent game today, I might treat myself to the iFollow replay and see what all the fuss is about.

Hes like so many of our players, just missing one thing from greatness. Dabos crossing is O’Hares finishing is Goddens pace, etc etc etc.

I think if you’re asking someone to live a three year deal is standard. You only really see shorter deals with older players, who have we ever signed on a two year deal? Waghorn is all that springs to mind. It’s a two way street, you don’t just say “you’re getting two years”. We’re not going to...

    USSR invades Ukraine.

As they do in every country on the planet. Including Russia. It’s irrelevant in a thread about the war.

    USSR invades Ukraine.

As I said last time you brought this up, if the presence of far right nationalists is justification for a military invasion there’s not a country on the planet that’s safe.

    USSR invades Ukraine.

His entire PR strategy has always been to blame the West for things he’s doing. Much like the Brexit saboteurs in Parliament who kept voting down deals and claiming Remainers were stopping them, it’s remarkably effective with your supporters.

Indont think there is? Since promotion we’ve had maybe two outright duds. Walker was top scorer last year and Kelly and Shipley fairly regularly starters it bench players. The others are overhangs from promotion really. I think an average of one or two dud signings a year is a reasonable...

Well four of those aren’t on the books, two are in or around the team even if they shouldn’t be, another is a kid and another is a special case long term injury on a short term contract. Really we’re talking about Hilßner and Dacosta, maybe Walker.

Because not all transfers work. My point is often it’s a choice between leaving a half fit player on, bringing on a different half fit player, or throwing in an U23.

Take them off for who though, that’s the problem. Unless you’re advocating chucking U23s in who are miles off.

Harping back to a couple of missed transfers per season isn’t an excuse though. That level of wastage is actually pretty standard and should be costed in.

Didn’t Luton have about the same? And we had two unfit players on the bench, and another two or three on the pitch.
