Who's Eligable to play in the Piss Pot Cup

At least on the bench. Otherwise we have nothing to change.

How many season tickets will be sold next season

In League Two? Or if we survive? In League Two, I would say 2,000. I think the amount of people throwing in the towel will be huge. Obviously if we got together a really, really competitive squad that had us all thinking we can go up with this team, it will be higher. If it is a make-do...

Coventry City - Best player ever

Yep. Glazier the best. My favourite player was Steve Hunt, but the best player we have ever had I would say has to be Dion Dublin.

Coventry City fans to discuss possibility of supporter-led takeover

Yep and we have to stop all this 'Jan said this 6 years ago' and 'the Trust did that 4 years ago' stuff. Times change, people's stances can change. Circumstances change. Do we all believe and think exactly as we did 5 years ago. We need to stop looking backwards and start thinking forwards...

Coventry City - Best player ever

Yep. Dion Dublin best player, Tony Mowbray, best ever manager. Oops, sorry, went into full on CC4L mode there for a moment.

Match Thread Swansea U21 v Coventry Match Thread - Tuesday 24th Jan

He doesn't need to have an impact on his U21's, they have been doing brilliantly anyway. Swansea's win on Saturday may well have helped us. Had they have lost again then players tonight might have been putting themselves in the shop window for selection to the first team. First team players...

If we go down will Mowbray go down as one of our worst ever managers?

Leaving in October has nothing to do with it though. It's the squad he left behind that was unfit for this league. That is why he will hold a large proportion of blame.

    Relegation thread

Well yep, but then look at our squad. Had we been in a false position then I would say yes, we have a not bad side and we can get out of this. Trouble is we have a poor side. Slade now has 7 days to rectify this and make us half decent.

And I have my fingers very firmly crossed.

Coventry City fans to discuss possibility of supporter-led takeover

But we have always sold players and fans have always moaned. Willie Carr, Mortimer, Wallace, Dublin, Keane, Westwood, Dann and Fox, Maddison etc. etc. etc. We have always sold our best players and fans have always moaned.

Coventry City fans to discuss possibility of supporter-led takeover

Think most of us are quite happy with that. Sell a player for £1.5m, but reinvest say half a million of that back into recruitment. That's the way to go. It's what most clubs do. Pretty much every football club is a selling club. You have to have a degree of ambition to go with it though...

Don't think anyone has said the worst manager have they? :)

If we go down will Mowbray go down as one of our worst ever managers?

Yep. All I am saying is that statistically if we go down he is going to look like a very bad manager. Last season we should have been playoffs minimum. Then this season we totally underperformed. I know CC4L thinks he would have turned it round, but he recruited the wrong players and gave us a...

If we go down will Mowbray go down as one of our worst ever managers?

Could be. Could be Venus more so than Mowbray. On of the things that worried me about Mowbray when he came was that he said he knew nothing of League One. They definitely picked the wrong players on the whole.
